Picking a replica suit starts with a rider you follow, but it should end with a suit that fits and protects you. This guide walks through the 2026 MotoGP designs in our range, grouped by livery, and then covers the choices that matter before you order. Browse every design in one place in our MotoGP 2026 race leather suits collection.

The 2026 rider designs, grouped by livery
Every suit below is listed at $475 on its product page and uses the same base build, so the choice here is mostly about colors and the rider you want to represent. Open each product page to check the front and back photos before you decide.
Ducati red
The Marc Marquez Ducati suit and the Francesco Bagnaia Ducati suit share a deep red base with white detailing. If you want the classic factory look that reads clearly from the pit wall, start here.
Gresini light blue
The Alex Marquez Ducati Gresini suit and the Fermin Aldeguer Ducati Gresini suit wear a pale sky blue that stands out from the usual dark leathers. There is also a separate Alex Marquez Ducati design in teal and yellow for riders who want something louder.
VR46 black and fluorescent yellow
The Fabio Di Giannantonio VR46 suit and the Franco Morbidelli VR46 suit mix black with bright fluorescent yellow. For a one-off look, the Di Giannantonio Pertamina Enduro design adds teal, red and yellow graphics.
KTM navy and orange
Four designs carry the dark navy upper and orange legs of the KTM livery: Pedro Acosta, Brad Binder, Enea Bastianini and Maverick Vinales. They look alike at a glance, so pick by rider and check the details in the photos.
Aprilia and Trackhouse
The Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge Martin Aprilia suits are mostly black with red and purple accents, a good choice if you prefer a darker suit. The Raul Fernandez Trackhouse suit switches to light blue with teal, and the Ai Ogura Gulf Aprilia suit uses the well-known pale blue and orange Gulf colors.
Yamaha blue, black and purple
The Fabio Quartararo Monster Energy suit and the Alex Rins suit share a dark blue and black base. The Quartararo El Diablo special edition is black with neon purple and yellow. On the Pramac side, the Toprak Razgatlioglu and Jack Miller designs are bright purple.
Honda
The Luca Marini Honda HRC Castrol suit is red and white, and the Diogo Moreira Honda LCR suit is mostly red. The Johann Zarco Castrol Honda LCR suit is the one to pick if you like green, white and red.
WSBK 2026 designs (separate series)
The same collection also lists nine WSBK 2026 replica-inspired designs. These are superbike, not MotoGP, liveries: Jonathan Rea, Alex Lowes, Axel Bassani, Garrett Gerloff, Danilo Petrucci, Miguel Oliveira, Lorenzo Baldassarri, Yari Montella and Xavi Vierge.
What every 2026 suit has in common
Whichever livery you choose, the build underneath is the same. The product pages list pre-curved sleeves for a riding position, dual or triple stitching on critical seams with nylon thread, and YKK zippers at the front, cuffs and calves. Expansion panels sit at the legs, soft neoprene lines the collar and cuffs, and Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves let you fine-tune the fit. Inside, a polyester mesh lining helps airflow, and the knee sliders can be removed. That shared spec is why the design decision can come down to taste.
Buyer’s guide: what to decide before you order
1. Choosing a design
Start with the rider or team you actually follow, because you will wear this suit for years. Then think about visibility. Bright liveries like the Gresini blue, the Pramac purple or the VR46 yellow are easier for other riders to see, while the darker Aprilia and Yamaha designs hide road grime better. Look at the back view too, since the hump and seat panel carry a lot of the graphics. To finish the look, the suit pages also let you add matching gloves (from $119.99) or matching boots (from $149.99) in the same order, so everything is built together.
2. One-piece or two-piece
Both are offered. Each suit page has a Product Type option: 1Pcs Suit at the listed price, or 2Pcs Suit for an extra $29.99. A one-piece suits riders who mostly ride on track. A two-piece zips together at the waist and also lets you wear the jacket on its own. If you only want the top half, see our MotoGP 2026 leather race jackets.
3. Leather and protection
The standard shell is top grain cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick, with stretch Kevlar panels at the cuffs, sleeves and crotch. Kangaroo leather is an upgrade for an extra $320. Inside, the suit has removable dual-density CE-approved armor at the shoulders, elbows and knees, plus a removable dual-density spine protector. You can choose CE Level 1 armor, or Level 2 for an extra $50. Other options include the speed hump style (none, standard, ventilated or hydro), perforation from chest-only to full suit, Schoeller Keprotec stretch panels, a removable lining and an airbag-compatible build. Each option shows its price on the product page before you add the suit to your cart.
4. Standard or custom sizing, and how to measure
Standard sizes run from US 36 / EU 46 (XS) to US 50 / EU 60 (4XL), in Men’s or Women’s fitting. Before you choose, measure your chest, waist and hips with a soft tape over a thin base layer, and check your height and inside leg. Then compare those numbers with the suit charts in our motorcycle leather race size guide. If your numbers sit across two sizes, or your torso or legs run long or short, Custom Size (an extra $59.99) means the suit is made to your measurements. Remember that a Custom Size order counts as custom-made and is non-returnable. A standard size, by contrast, can be swapped for another size within 14 days, as long as it is unworn and still in original condition.
5. Name, number and other personal touches
The replica designs are sold as shown. If you want your own name, racing number, logos or sponsors on the suit, that is a custom build. Our FAQ confirms these can be added to any custom suit, and you can browse ideas in our custom leather race suit collection.
6. Ordering timeline
Every suit is made to order. Production takes 12 to 16 business days, or 16 to 20 for custom orders. Delivery then takes about 6 to 8 days, so plan on roughly 4 weeks from order to doorstep. If you have a track day or race weekend booked, order early enough to allow for that. Full details are in our shipping policy.
7. Care basics
Leather lasts longer when it is kept clean and dry. After a ride, wipe the outside with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Condition the leather every few months so it does not crack. Take the armor out if the lining needs washing, and hang the suit on a broad hanger rather than folding it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my own name and race number on a replica suit?
Yes, on a custom suit. Our FAQ page confirms you can add your name, racing number, logos and sponsor graphics to any custom suit. A name or number change turns the order into a custom build, so it follows the custom production time and cannot be returned.
What standard sizes do the 2026 rider suits come in?
The product pages list eight standard sizes, from US 36 / EU 46 (XS) up to US 50 / EU 60 (4XL). You also choose a Men’s or Women’s fitting. If none of those fits, Custom Size is available for an extra $59.99.
Can I exchange a suit if the standard size is wrong?
You have 14 days to exchange a standard-size suit, provided it has not been worn and is still in its original condition. Custom orders, including Custom Size, are made for you alone and are non-returnable, so check the size chart carefully before you pick a custom fit.
Is there a leather choice beyond cowhide?
Yes. The default build uses top grain cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. The product options also list kangaroo leather as an upgrade for an extra $320.
Do you make the 2026 replica designs in a women’s fit?
Yes. The 2026 rider suit pages offer a Women’s fitting next to the Men’s fitting, and our size guide has a separate chart for women’s suits. Pick the fitting first, then the size, so the cut matches your shape.
How should I clean and store a leather race suit?
Wipe off bugs and dirt with a damp cloth after each ride and let the suit air-dry away from direct heat. Use a leather cleaner and conditioner now and then to keep the hide supple. Store it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place, not folded in a bag.
